The Kabisa Experience is a uniquely special, immersive travel adventure that takes you to the heart of Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar. Join our core team as we guide you off the beaten track to incredible locations and learn what and who Kabisa is all about.

During this spectacular 14 day voyage of discovery, you will spend dedicated time with our fascinating core team, the most humble, talented artists who create our Kabisa collection, whilst making plenty of friends along the way! You will learn about all the crafts we sell, with carefully curated participatory workshops. Throughout our deeply immersive experience, there will be plenty of opportunities to engage in meaningful discussions with all you meet, forging deep, powerful connections and memories to treasure.

Whilst on safari, you will witness elephants walking slowly through the savanna, being led by their wise matriarch, observe herds of zebra, prides of lionesses and magnificent Baobab trees, alongside the most colourful birds you’ve ever seen.

Indulge in relaxation on the spice island of Zanzibar, you will enjoy the stunning Indian Ocean, white sandy beaches and myriads of winding streets within this UNESCO world heritage site. Additional opportunities include exploring historical batik print making, natural plant dyeing and soap making workshops.

Everyone you will meet on The Kabisa Experience is directly involved with Kabisa, either as artists, their families, beneficiaries of our profits or as our long standing, supportive team. Together we will share creativity, laughter and knowledge, and develop awareness and understanding of Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, and each other.
